We made 20% more on the sale of our Marathon home than our independent appraiser's market value. Rick and Monica made a big impression on us when we interviewed realtors and we are so glad we selected them.Their knowledge of the keys real estate market was right on. They felt we had the ideal property and location, and that the sellers' market was strong. They also told us they felt our home would likely end up selling as a rental property. We received weekly reports and ratings on the prospective buyers which was important to us as absentee owners in another time zone. Group texting and zoom calls really helped us communicate and stay up to date on the progress. It was a great day when we got a text message from Monica stating that an offer had been made, about a month after listing the house.The paperwork was generally straightforward and easily handled via Docusign. Any questions we had were addressed concisely by our team: Rick and Monica. We had a lot of confidence with them, so when there was an issue a few days before the closing, we listened to them, and were calmed by their explanation and advice.We fully recommend Rick and Monica, and we are grateful and appreciative of all their efforts on our behalf!Sincerely Suzanne and Hank Lander

Real Estate agent, Monica Barrett was absolutely wonderful. She showed us a couple of dozen homes stretched through out the lower Florida Keys in the short time we were down there visiting (a single week-end).She supplied us with paper work (hard copies) detailing each home, as we whirlwind through our house hunting tour. This was very helpful with recalling each property. Monica immediately gained our confidence and trust with her professional friendliness. She answered our text and emails promptly even when she was camping in the Smoky Mountains...that's dedication! If she didn't have an immediate answer to our constant questions and inquiries, which was seldom, she ALWAYS got right back to us with the correct information. Once we decided on our choice of home she made the buying transition seamless and held our hands throughout the process. She is a proud resident of the area and it is reflected in her enthusiastic knowledge of the numerous Keys.We can't say enough positive things about Monica. Would we recommend her to anyone looking for property in the Middle or Lower Keys of Florida? That would be a profound YES.

I had to renovate the place from top to bottom thanks to Irma blowing the roof off, and Monica guided me in every decision as to what buyers were looking for. I also live in Boston, so Monica & Rick were my eyes on the ground, checking on the renovation regularly, sending me photos of the progress, and answering all my questions. "I feel compelled to take this opportunity to express our deep satisfaction and thanks for all the assistance given us by Rick Servais during our recent purchase of a home here in Marathon. We were walk-ins this past July, without a clear idea of what we might be interested in and no local knowledge of properties, prices, customs and local procedures. We were assigned to Rick, and could not have done better. We expressed our desires, budget and preferences to Mr. Servais and he worked with us tirelessly, showing properties, Listings, and Local information about neighborhoods. He did not "push", cajole, sugarcoat, up-sell, or otherwise try to sell us what we did not want. He understood our goals and kept within our constraints. He kept us informed after we returned to NY and occasionally sent us listings which met our criteria, as well as the trade newsletters describing the state of the market. All this without prompting or request, and without being intrusive. When we bid on this house he helped us navigate the process and advised when to be cautious. He assisted with local financing, contractors, and dealing with the, lets say "less than ethical" listing agent. At all times Rick maintained his professional standards, and conducted himself with courtesy and dignity. Having closed by mail, Rick checked on the property for us and secured it, turned off the water. and turned down the A/C and arranged for us to get the keys at our convenience. Rick's attitude, professionalism, and care for us as customers was magnificent, and we feel that we would have been lost without the knowledge he shared with us. We both feel strongly that Rick is worthy of high marks in this regard."
